Lisa Moody and Cori Bauserman, our licensed clinical social workers, have been friends and colleagues
for more than 15 years. Lisa and Cori met while working as mitigation consultants, assisting in the preparation of penalty
phases in capital murder trials. While conducting research for these capital cases, both Lisa and Cori
returned to graduate school and each earned a Master's Degree in clinical social work.
Lisa and Cori specialize in clinical assessment. Through years of interviewing clients and their
family members, they have fine-tuned the skill of garnering information in a thorough yet non-threatening manner; being
interviewed or "evaluated" does not need to be demeaning or unpleasant.
Our social workers thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to meet new people in different settings and
under varying circumstances. Their skills have allowed them to interact with a diverse population, which they find both energizing
and satisfying.
