Our social workers have years of experience conducting comprehensive assessments of children, adolescents,
adults and seniors. These assessments can be modified to meet the criteria provided by the requesting source.
Our social workers are familiar with legal processes that utilize evaluation and assessments and can prepare reports that
address these specific guidelines.
Our social workers also serve on examining committees to determine capacity, providing reports
to elder law attorneys and the courts. These reports include recommendations that provide for the least restrictive
living environment for persons who are deemed legally incapacitated.

Cori and Lisa are proud to work with Geriatric Care Management Solutions (GCMS) www.gcmsolutions.net providing clinical assessments of all of their clients. These evaluations are conducted as part of a comprehensive
treatment plan and include both psychosocial histories and clinical recommendations. These evaluations also examine
any relevant family dynamics, psychosocial stressors, mental status concerns and client strengths and are provided directly
to the care managers to assist in client care. Geriatric care managers, nurses and other professionals interested in this
service are asked to call or email for additional information, including fees and references.

Our social workers also work with local elder law attorneys, the Office of the Public Guardian
and the courts, as experts in incapacity proceedings. Social workers are uniquely qualified to gather information and present
a holistic view of a person's life. Both Cori and Lisa have been serving as Examining Committee members for more than
six years and have completed over 60 evaluations for the courts. Fees typically range from $225-$350 for a capacity evaluation.
