Cornerstone Clinical Assessment, Inc., provides services to individuals, families and
professionals. We have conducted over seventy home studies for both domestic and international adoptions. We also contract
with adoption attorneys to conduct birth mother interviews, consents for adoption and gestational carrier home evaluations.
Reports are prepared in an efficient and expeditious manner.
Cornerstone Clinical Assessment, Inc. proudly announces that home studies can be completed
in 4-6 weeks. Typically, our social workers can provide you an electronic draft of your home study within 2-3 weeks of receiving
all the necessary documentation.

Our rates for adoption services are as follows. Please note that fees are non-refundable
and that all home study fees must be paid PRIOR to the commencement of the home study. Paying for your home study up-front
guarantees that there is no perception of inpropriety. A home study is an honest report reflecting the ability and recommendation
of a family to parent a child. Paying for such a report IN NO WAY guarantees that the results will be favorable. Our stringent screening
guidelines provide a realistic evaluation of the potential client's suitability for adoption, assisting the client
in determing their adoption plans. Our screening process is offered free of charge.

Expenses are not included. Expenses include mileage, which is billed at $.44 per mile portal
to portal, screening fees (current $24.00 per adult in the home) and other fees such as Fed Ex mailing, etc. A detailed estimate
will be provided to you prior to the signing of any service contract.

Fees for some of our services vary and will be provided once we know your specific
needs. If you are working with an agency or adoption attorney regarding international adoption, please verify that a licensed
clinical social worker (LCSW) is permitted to conduct your home study. While Florida law allows for a LCSW to provide this
service, certain countries from which you may be adopting have different regulations. While we strive to meet the needs of
all clients, we cannot refund money after the home study process has begun, should you find out that we are not an approved
service provider for your needs.
